Local description

This stone house built in 1772 has been totally refurbished to a very high standard. All the downstairs floors are tiled in cream, good quality tiling. All the upstairs is quality oak laminate which makes for easy cleaning.

The windows and shutters and two of the doors are new wood - no plastic. All double glazed. There are two front doors as it was a house with a barn attached. The kitchen has lovely fitted units with dishwasher, electric hob, electric oven, extractor fan and a microwave, all included in the price of the house, with a wood burning stove and staircase leading to the two smaller bedrooms and bathroom.
