Edward LAZARUS, director and principal of Domus Abroad has been working in Sales and Marketing for major International companies since 1985. Initially at Reader’s Digest in a senior marketing role, he was then Sales Director for Best Direct, a leading world wide direct sell organisation.

Maurice LAZARUS, has been selling properties abroad to UK clients since 1980. He started with Florida, founding the `Florida Centre` in central London and has since followed demand in Spain, Portugal, the Canary Islands, Switzerland and France.

Domus charge a finders fee equal to 5% (minimum 6000 euros) of the contract price to the Buyer on completion of the purchase unless stated otherwise.

In accordance with the convention applicable to agency, The Hague, 14 March 1978, Article 5, the parties agree that any contract shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and that any dispute arising from any contract should be heard solely by English courts. Domus Abroad Ltd operate outside Article 1 of Loi Hoguet.
